Who called from 8137541789

Called wanting to talk about my windows software. I have nothing wrong with my windows software

Calls constantly. I don't pick up. No message. Most annoying.

Called 5 times today. Caller ID says Luana Shapiro. Picked up once to see if anyone was on line. Said something about "eenternet or weendows". Yep India. Hung up and blocked.  Do people really fall for this crap?  Beyond annoying.

Calls several times daily. I don't pick up. Last time, a man left a partial message in Spanish.

Chronic calls from someone  wanting to help me with my computer-Windows. Strongly informed him to take me off his calling list. This did not work. The Century Link call blocking system (that I pay extra for) is totally useless. Same with No call service.
