Just got a call from this number. When I picked up, it clicked like someone had hung up. It is L J Bay Area based out of Tampa, Fla. It is a telemarketing company who is known for going around the do not call list and getting your number and then sending it on to other telemarketers. I called back and it made a  ringing noise like it had been disconnected. supposedly now more influx of calls are going to happen. Time to take more provisions on protecting your numbers.
