This was yet another number calling with the phony IRS scam. Sometimes it's a live person with an Indian accent, sometimes it's a robocall. This was a recording of a man saying he had an important message from the IRS about taxes owed. I hung up and blocked the number, but I've had so many of these calls saying the IRS was sending the sheriff, there was a warrant for my arrest for unpaid taxes, etc. It's a total scam.
