Left a message consisting of dead air, somebody saying, "Hello?" because they apparently didn't know the machine had picked up, and then hanging up. No idea who this is.
The caller ID says this number is "National Police" but the message was dead air and then someone asked for the name of someone who doesn't even live here and hung up.
National Police comes up in the Caller ID, answered, a gentleman asked for someone who was not home at the time, when I asked to take a message, I was hung up on.
Same - doesn't seem like they know how answering machines works. Just a voicemail message with dead air, then "Can I speak to ....?" then they hung up.
