Just called my cell phone,left message stating my name and not to disregard this call it was very important,stated his name was Adam Smith,sounded like he was of Indian decent.. I had the same issues with this man a few months back calling my phone.
Someone is calling me from this number and does not leave a message and will keep calling back to back. They even had the nerve to call me at 5AM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The caller gave the name of Joe Brown on one call and Tom Rule on another time he called. He stated that I was being sued on Monday Jan.30,2012 for a on line loan from U.S Cash Advance. When I asked for details of the loan he would not give them to me. He asked for my attorney's name, I told him to go ahead and file the claim and I would take it from there. This person is of sounds as if he is from India. He said he was in New York. I do not remember taking out a loan with US Cash Advance. I asked for their email address, but he refused to give it to me
The caller stated that I was being sued for an on line loan from U.S Cash Advance. When I asked for details of the loan he would not give them to me. He asked for my attorney's name, I told him I did not have 1.
I received calls also stating I got a pay day loan of $500 that was put into my checking account, which was absolutely false. He wanted my lawyers name and said authorities would be coming to pick me up. It would cost me over $8000. I tried to call them numerous times which they usually hung up on me. I was told it was a McKenzie Law Firm. I have notified the law officials and the better business bureau.
