Robo dialer with a spoofed caller ID. Caller ID showed "restricted." I never answer calls from restricted numbers. They hung up without leaving a mesdage. I called back within 2 minutes. Number was changed or disconnected.
I have been getting a ton of these types of calls for months...ever since my identity. had been stolen from my old health insurance (Blue Cross) AND my cell provider. (VERIZON)
They kept on calling and I finally answered and trying to get info on my insurance. Told them I had insurance and the reason for the call and they told me that they wanted me to go "F" myself then they hung up and I tries to call back but the number wasn't a working number. Interesting
