This number called our business today at 1119 hours.  Caller ID said "Pennsylvania."  I immediately suspected a scam artist at work because we usually get about two or three scammers calling a day.  I picked up the phone but said nothing (though my fingers were busily typing away to check on the number here).  There was some faint noise, as if maybe someone was listening on the other end, waiting for a voice.  Then after a long pause, the call disconnected.  I use the "silent treatment" on suspicious calls because it usually - but not always - prevent idiot-messages from triggering or a call being forwarded to the next waiting scam artist.
