A co worker had this message left on his personal cell phone, they are
claiming they are the IRS and this is his last notice and they will be
filing a lawsuit against him if he doesn't return their call. He said
he hasn't received a first notice.

Total scam. The IRS would contact your coworker via USPS snail mail if they needed to contact him - they wouldn't make a scammy, threatening phone call.
Received this call a while ago. Never knew they could be looked up like this,it's great. Same as above, IRS is filing a lawsuit against me. I just hope everyone knows that the IRS will not call you but notifie you by mail and if they really want your attention it will be certified mail. So please pass along that they will not call you.
