Who called from 8154641504

Same old scammers.  Called twice today with the "lower your credit card rate" scam.  You would think that they would filter out the numbers that they call over and over again but they don't bother.

These Indian POS call with the typical CC scam.  They start using foul language if you don't stay to their script.

Block the #.

Why is NSA not using their technology to snuff these JackWaggons out!

I answered but didn't say anything for a few moments, silence, I said "Hello?" more silence, then disconnected
I've seen on other sites this is being reported as a credit card scam
