I just got one as well. 3 second voicemail left but no message

Received a call, 18 second voice mail of nothing but silence

Answered the call thinking it might be for a job I'm applying for. Said that they were comcast and surveyed me before trying to sell me an upgrade. Answered survey questions but got suspicious of upgrade cause lady kept laughing and wouldn't let me say no.
