Received a call that left a message to call "Susan McCoy" @ 1-815-964-3087. Call came from 1-815-964-7265. When I returned the call they would not connect me with "Susan McCoy" unless I gave them my full name. (Even thought the person was the same voice that left the message.) When I asked the nature of the company, the response was "If we called you there is a reason." I asked what they were selling and was assured they are not selling anything. Again I asked what the nature of their business and they were very rude because I would not disclose my full name. They hung up on me when I told them to take my name off the list.
I received a call from 815-964-7265 today on my cell phone at 1:54PM but I was unavailable so it went to my voice mail. When I played back the voice mail it gave me the number 815-964-3087 to call back and ask for Susan McCoy. Before I did that, I "googled" the number on my caller ID which was the 964-7265 number and I found that others have received the same calls. This person is looking for personal information. PLEASE BEWARE! DO NOT CALL THEM BACK!!
This Company is a DEBT Collections company. The name is CPS or Credit Protection Services but when you call them back they answer with "BUSINESS OFFICES" talking about playing with consumers. The person name was Elizabeth this time, but she called me back she stated her name was Susan. These people lie just to get money from you. I would suggest having them mail you a bill first before you give them any CHECKING ACCOUNT NUMBER OR CREDIT CARD NUMBER OVER THE PHONE. I did not think a company would lie and be a reputable at the same time. I would not trust them. GOOD LUCK
