Who called from 8159862221

Got a call from Illinois. I just moved to USA, and don't know anyone on my street not to mention Illinois. I didn't answer, and no message was left.

I got a call from the same number this evening.  I answered and said hello, I heard background noise like people talking or a TV on but as soon as I said hello they hung up.  I did a *69 to get the number, have no idea who it was.

I never answer numbers unfamiliar to me.

I didn't answer either.  Three rings and they (it) hung up.  Not sure if it is an autodialer.  fonefinder.net shows that this number is owned by: US XCHANGE OF ILLINOIS LLC DBA CHOICE ONE COMM IL.  They have records of who that number is assigned to because the person/company pays their phone bill to them.
