A few years ago I put my phone numbers on the do-not-call list, a few weeks later all calls stopped immediately. A couple years, or less, later they started up again. I put my numbers on the list again to no avail. Twice. Thrice. Calls keep coming. I filed complaint after complaint after complaint after. . .  but the calls keep coming.  What Happened????
