This number called my land line at 1:35pm Central Time. I made the mistake of picking up and found that it was a canned msg from "John" at Card Services. I guess Rachel has gotten her family involved with her scam.
When one is "phished" over the phone that is called VISHING. Phishing is what is done over the internet. Card Services attempts to vish the mindless minions who only prove that there is a sucker born every minute.
Auto dialers who've figured out how to spoof numbers is what happened. They should be considered to be terrorists. I bet they'd be caught then! ...or not..............................
