Received a call displaying this number at 5:05 PM today (Sunday). I let it go to voicemail and no message was left. I tried calling back using a pre-paid cell phone and the call never connected. I suspect it's a spoofed, non-existent number.
Caller ID says Kansas City MO. They have called twice this afternoon. Didn't leave a message either time. I'm not going to pick up if I don't know who you are, so you are wasting your time! My guess is that this is some stupid political call or maybe a telemarketer.
Called me Sunday 2-28-16, at 5:25pm. Caller ID shows out of area 816-399-2843, left no message. Who calls people on Sundays, besides family and friends. I don't answer numbers I don't know. So with me to, you are wasting you time. They just called again as I type this message. (6:15). I called back with a blocked cell phone, got a busy signal.
