called at 7:47 PM and left no message

Called at 8:57 pm EST. No message. Caller ID only said Kansas City, MO

Got a call at 11:47pm!  Automated told me to please hold the line to be connected to my party. Asked me to please hold three times before being disconnected. They proceeded to call me back 2 minutes later!

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.
