Called husband's cell phone. He did not pick up. They left no voicemail.

I didn't say anything because it sounded like a recorded voice and eventually he said, "hello? Is someone there??" and when I said "oh, I thought this was a voice recording!" He said, "no...there's a real person talking"

Still ended up hanging up because they were persistent in asking me to donate $15, even after I told him I needed to discuss this with my spouse first.

I got the same guy. Sounds like a scam.
