A message is not proper service and not returning their call does not equate to a waiver of counsel or failure to file an appearance. Call them back. Yes and when you call back you get a hangup call or someone that can not answer why they are calling you..THE ATTORNEY GENERAL WILL BE CONTACT ED IF THE HARRASSING CALLS DOESN'T STOP!!!!!!!!!
