I received this call today and she said the same thing to me. She said she needs to access to my computer in order to help me. I told her I was in front of my computer and she said she will call back later. I think it is a scam.
I actually spoke with this person, she say she is a career service and that I had recently applied for a job. I was on my church and she said she would call back later.
