Who called from 8173308784

Got a call from 8173308784 I called number back got a recording saying its not a working number

I got the same exact thing.  I called the number back and all it said is it was a non working number and they didn't leave a message.

I actually spoke with this person, she say she is a career service and that I had recently applied for a job.  I was on my church and she said she would call back later.

...hanging.  Please do tell us this company's legal name and verifiable street address.  And website, if any.

The person called but I did pick up. So, I called back and after the first ring, it hung up.
