I received this call today and she said the same thing to me. She said she needs to access to my computer in order to help me. I told her I was in front of my computer and she said she will call back later. I think it is a scam.
Got the call myself. Answered. It's a computer on the other end. When I was asked about a computer, I said no. Was then asked about a tablet or smart phone. I replied " I have a smart phone butI cannot get on the Internet while on a call". It proceeded to tell me to go to their website and waited for me to let it know I was on it by saying "done". I hung up.
