Calls and hang up, when you call back you get a busy signal

Does not know how to leave a message.

They called I had my ringer turned off, as I get about 6 telemarketing calls a day. I do not know the person, and I won't call them back.

Received a call from this unknown number today. I have noticed that the majority of telemarketing/scam calls lately are more likely to be from spoofed numbers. These numbers appear on caller ID however the caller is not at that number. It's just picked at random. We make it a policy to ignore numbers that we do not know or let the call go to voicemail.

Rcvd a call April 13th and blocked it.  They continue to call (although they don't get through) at least once a day.
