I asked them to verify they were spring and read me the details that they have about my name and address. He provided me with my maiden name and when I asked him to verify the address and other names on the account, he became flustered and asked for my pin again. I let him know that if it truely is a loyalty discount he would not need me to provide any information and could just apply it and I hung up on him.
I received a call and the robo message asked that I input my Sprint PCS pin number and then asked for billing zip code. I don't have Sprint as my carrier.

Called again at 7:35. When I answered there was static then silence then static again. I hung up and blocked the nimber
