Repeatedly calls several times a day

Called 3 times back to back i finally answered and it was a trip advisor and could i hear them. i said not interested and they hung up on me.

said they were from a dept of health and safetly, could I hear them ok.  Hung up per ad on TV saying if anyone asks the question "can you hear me" is looking for you to say yes and then they can use your "yes" to empty your bank account.
