818 is my local area code. Knew the number was spoofed before I answered since no legit telco prefix starts with 0. Female caller from "Montrose Innovations" offering 30% off remodeling, construction, etc. in a joint program with the city of La Crescenta. Didn't have a street address or contractors license number. I told her: Why would I want to do business with someone that calls me from a spoofed number, doesn't have a street address or contractors license, for a joint program with a city that doesn't exist? (La Crescenta is unincorporated LA County). She was still arguing with me as I hung up on her.
