Who called from 8182103174

Called asking whether we needed any outside work (painting/construction, etc.) done.  Very polite when I refused, but I've blocked them.

unknown

They called and asked for me by name and then hung up. It doesn't matter that i am on the "Do Not Call List."

The cid showed "unknown name" and phone number 818-210-3174.  Left no message.

This number has called my home 7 times within the last 10 day.  Refuse to leave message and the one time I mistakenly answered someone speaking with a foreign tongue asked me about a security system.  These people are horrible.
