No message was left. When ypu blovk your number (*67) to call back it says "Your survey window may have closed. Thank you" and then hangs up. If you do NPT blovk your numbe the verizon message comes on and says "Verizon Wireless. Ypur call cannot be completed as dialed...". Has to be a scam or a VERY poorly operated survey system by Verizon (as i DID call tech support yesterday.)
I received a call on 5/7/14 from this number. What I heard was heavy breathing. :-( As I read other reports at this site, I remembered that I've gotten other calls from "818" - wasn't available to answer - but all followed my contact with Verizon support.
Same thing happened to me. I also talked to tech support about an hour earlier and then got a call from this number. Didn't answer because I didn't know how it was. Show your name Verizon if you want me to answer!
