Who called from 8182971838

Received a call from this number at 4:08 p.m. yesterday and didn't answer. Caller ID said Unknown Name.

Block it.  I called it back, got an immediate message of "This Number is Not in Use".

New scumbags number.

Caller ID said the call was from Winnetka, CA. I didn't answer and they did not leave a message. Yet another nuisance call....

This number has been calling my cell two times a day for a week now.  I am on the National Do Not Call registry for whatever good that does.  If I don't recognize the number, I don't answer.  They don't leave a message so it must not be important.  Spam.
