This number 818-338-9691 has been calling my cell phone every day and evening for 2 weeks now. I've answered twice. First time no one said a word. I hung up. Second time, I told whoever it was that they better stop calling my cell phone which is on the DNC list or I will report them. They hung up. I am getting approx. 10 to 15 calls per day and i'm sick of it!! I'm getting a very very loud whistle and I hope I blow their ear drums next time they call!
I have been getting repeated calls from this number for almost a week now. When I call back, I constantly get a busy signal. They never leave a message. If it's truly for home improvement like previous posters have said, then they've definitely got the wrong number, since I don't even own my own house.
