Just saw a missed call from this number. Called it back and it said all circuits are busy please try your call later. Will NOT be calling back or answering if that number calls back.
Got a call from this number on my cell at 4pm on a Sunday. Female with heavy middle eastern accent claimed her name was Ashley with United Airlines. I said it sounded like her name should be Radjeep and hung up on her. She called right back trying to sound less like English was a 4th language and I kept asking her why she was calling me and told her I was hanging up if she didn't talk fast. She kept saying no no no and hung up on me.
Must be a scam. I could hardly understand the woman when she asked me if I know where woodland hills is. I think she said she was from United airlines and I could win a trip somewhere. Haha...that's when I hung up.
I just got a call from this number saying that they were calling from united Airlines and were offering me free airline travel to celebrate their new office in Dublin Ohio. i gogled united airlines dublin ohio and got no hits in dublin. also she was speaking with a very thick foreign accent. i asked her about that and she said that she is the same nationality as me. she then hung up. i believe this to be a scam number as i live in the 614 area code for central ohio where dublin happens to be located. this number originated from an 818 area code which is in California.
I got a call from this number today. I also was told it was from an airline based out of Woodlanf Hills, CA (but a brand new airline) and I had won 2 tickets to anywhere I wanted. (As their promotion)
I didnt want to deal with it, because I am on prepaid airtime (every minute counts!). I kept telling the guy that it would be a waste because I have an extreme fear of flying. He kept insisting on reading his script, and I kept insisting theres no way in he** I'll get on a plane..until he rudely hung up on me. Not even a minute later, I got a call from (760) 705-8888 *which is from what I understand, someone calling from "google talk". I think both calls were linked.
