"We do - but our server is 'down at the moment', so I was hoping you could just check this for me so that I can get this in the mail to you today." - Jan - if this were a legit call, you would know that we RENT all copiers and therefore, the operator's manuals are hanging on the back of the machines and you would know that we don't want your toners... CLICK!
Good ole Jan - she calls every 21 days. Chic - you will never get it through your thick head... I don't want your cheap-a$$ toners that were made overseas, just so you can charge me for a whole pallet of your crap-toners and demand an outrageous payment down the road because you were supposedly given a verbal authorization over the phone.
