Guy with thick Indian accent asked for me by name. He claimed to be or represent Dell. I assume he was referring to Dell computer. He said something else but I couldn't understand him. I don't own a Dell so I hung up.

Man with heavy accent and speaking over much background noise tried locating two people. The first was no longer with the company, but his explanation for wanting to speak with the second was unintelligible. When I said so, he became frustrated and hung up.
ATTENTION Switchboard 22 Sep 2014: Since I used the handle first (28 Apr & 21 Jul), you'll need to find another. You also copied my phrasing up to a point, but there are some things I'd never say, so I know it's not me. Thank you. Anyway . . . .
Man with accent, claiming to be from FedEx, wanted a specific manager to confirm package delivery. He asked to leave a voicemail with the tracking number, but we don't put messages in managers' VM systems. I offered to take the information, but he said it was confidential. I researched the number, and seeing my previous notes here, told him there was no way he was from FedEx and that tracking numbers weren't restricted, then hung up. Why don't these guys take off holidays, like almost everyone else in our office has?
