Who called from 8186503175

Received a call from this number, answered it because I was expecting a call from that area code.  Tried to tell me my wife (knew her name) call about some work.  I said there was no work to be done they hung up.  I called the number back hiding my number, got a message the number was not in service.

I keep reporting this # and I keep getting calls on my cell.

The jerk said his name was Ashley from the Home Improvement Ctr. -- Obviously a dumb contractor-type.
