Called my cell today, no message. Saw on another website that it probably is yet another of the crooked home improvement scammers.  Welcome to my block list.

it's a scum debt collector calling from their personal phone. they are trying to trick people to ans calls other than the out of state area codes and the 800 numbers. They can go F themselves.

This time solar scam   "New California Law"   baloney
Told him it was a scam and not to call    Ya right

Hang up call.

They rang once but then hung up. Long enough for me to find out they are a telemarketer and to block them. Thank you, everyone!
