SCAM... She calls herself Tiffany Leppard or Brittany Edgell and wants to sell you either a "96 Ford Ranger or a '97 Dodge Ram 2500. Says the vehicles did belong to he dead husband, but needs to sell them before being deployed overseas (SSgt.). She never reveals which branch of Military she serves. Tiffany tells you the shipping is free and gets you to pay with iTunes cards. Then she tells you to text a photo of the back of the iTunes card along with the receipt to either of these phone numbers (818-794-6656 or 408-457-1770). In the end, money is gone and no vehicle. I researched the first phone number to a neighborhood in San Fernando, Spain.
just got same story, only difference,86 chevy pick up...same dead husband..someone saying they are defending our country and scamming people in this country. he or she will get what they deserve.. sorry for the people who got scammed.. i google everything .. sometimes when thing sound too good to be true , they usually are
I am currently going through the same situation Tiffany is selling a 93 Nissan 300ZX Twin Turbo and unfortunately is stationed in Alaska but I would get free shipping right glad I have friends in the car seat because I have plenty of stories just like this one same wording almost and everything, mess with her a little bit tell her you got friends there are they coming to look at the car now
Becareful ladies and gents. This Tiffany character is out there on Craigslist with a 300zx, and the same sob story about the military and a dead husband. I thought it was to good to be true and it was. I broke off the conversation and said I bought another car after finding out about the scam on Google. Thanks for the heads up googlers.
First may I say, I am so thankful to hear from you. The 1996 BMW M3 Coupe is in a good condition, no scratches, no damages, never been implicated in any accidents, no problems at the engine, runs very well. Have 95,xxx miles, 6 Cylinder ENGINE and manual transmission. Power Windows, Power Door Locks, Power Brakes and much more. The car is titled to me & has a clean title history.
The BMW,belonged to my husband, he loved very much and took very good care of it... but, he passed away 2 months ago in a truck accident...brings me bad memories and now I have decided to sell it.. The final price is $1,600.00.
