A rough raspy voiced woman just called by the name of Janet Hurt. My caller ID showed her calling from 818-937-4152 but the number she left was 866-928-7445. She called and asked for my name. I asked where she was calling from and she said National Credit Inc. I advised her she would need to leave a message. She left her number then I asked for her name again. She gave it to me with lack of respect. I asked how to spell the last name (as it could be Hurt, Hert, etc.) and she told me it was common spelling HURT! ITS HURT!!!! (very rudely) I told her she was very rude and hung up in her face. As a "so called" collection agent, why would you think people would pay when they are being harassed and not dealt with in a humane way. This lady's voice was irritating and from the moment I picked up the line, I could tell she was very rude. She was not pleasant AT ALL! May God have mercy on her soul.
