scam called back "Ray" is a recording no way to get name off list. If you say no it hangs up listens for keywords on the recording. They wants to send envelopes for Donations. It's a SCAM telemarketing they do not donate hardly anything for police foundations do not believe it!!!
I receive calls from this number all of the time and it is the same recording. Ray from the Texas Coalition for police officers wanting donations. There are other similar numbers that have a similar message and you can tell it is a recording.
