I have been threatened by someone with this number to have me arrested for something I have not done. They have some kind of accent so you know they are not in the states.

Got a text from a Michael payne cyber crime investigation saying that if I didn't contact him in 2 days my he would send my information to my local sheriff department and I would be arrested
