I just wanted to let everyone know that if you get a call from an unknown number stating to be microsoft and that there is something wrong with your computer, Microsoft does not call anyone and this is a scam to infect your PC. I asked them if I could call them back, and they gave me this number: 830-522-2730. Some guy from India will answer and tell you a tech will call you back. NEVER give them access to your computer or any personal information.

Same thing; a Guy with an Indian accent calling stating that he's calling from Microsoft Windows, and that there is something wrong with my Computer. I ask to call them back, and was given the Number: 830-522-2730. . .
I got a phone call stating the same thing as above. However I have Trend Micro for virus protection. I did accidentally click on a huge green download button on a site that I hadn't used in a while ( I thought she had changed her formatting) and it loaded 12 viruses and 7 malware. I removed everything but I find it very suspicious that I'm getting this call after I had this problem. This guy sounded German. He gave the 830-522-2730 number as well.
