They call our office at least 3 times a week stating that they're from Illinois Business Development Office, asking if we are moving. When you say no they just hang up on you. Same annoying lady EVERY TIME!!!!

She just called me asking if we have moved our business in Surrey. I questioned her thoroughly and rudely asked her what the hell she wanted. She then hung up. Yes, it is an Asian(Phillippine) woman.
They called our business number in Ontario Canada and said they were from the Ontario Business Development. The first tip was that he could hardly speak English and hung up when I asked for his return phone number (which I knew it was a California area code) - what a dummy. They must be the world's worst fraudsters.
