I used to get these things all the time in Phoenix. They would leave messages telling me that I (Wayne) had a complaint filed and they wanted my side of the story. Even provided a case number. Problem is the number they called was never associated with the(middle) name Wayne and the case number applied to absolutely nothing in the AZ court system!
Has been calling several times a day for over a week. Finally answered. She told me the same thing. Said federal law prohibits her from telling me who filed this "complaint". Tried to give me a number to call and a case reference. Threatens that if I didn't call someone would come to my house. I said "Yeah, ok" and hung up.
They keep calling my sister about a complaint about me. I don't know who the hell they are when my sister ask they hang up the phone on her. This need to stop before someone go to their office and hurt someone.
I received a call from this number as well saying that there was 2 legal matters against me. I asked her from who? She didn't want to say. She gave me a 888 number with a case number. I was like OK!! I don't ow money to no one. What the heck.
They called me just now. Call cut off in the middle of the lady asking for someone that was not me. I called back and got a guy and told him someone just called me and must have misdialed my number. He said okay and took my number out of their system. Not sure what they wanted other than someone who is not me.
