Who called from 8470000007

They called me at 4:51 PM

They said it was to provide me with a lower interest rate on my CITI card.

I do NOT have a CITI card so i quickly asked what the name on the account was.  He never responded and hung up in my face.

I am somewhat concerned about fraud as a result of this so i am going to place and alert and run the annual free credit report thing.

They claim they can lower my credit card rate".GOOD TRICK "   I don't have a credit card . I use a visa check card. Cant spend what I don't have ,  and there's no fee,from my bank.

They keep calling aND calling and I'm on the Do Not Call setup

This jerkoffs just called today.  I was able to waste 10-minutes of their time for dragging them along for some fun.  The Manager was pretty pissed at the end of the call.  He coudn't figure out why I didn't want to save thousands on my credit cards.  Funny thing is that I have no balance on either of my 2 or 3 cards.  They want to continue to waste my time, I will continue to do the same with them.

The call history entry for this number says it is originating from VIETNAM.  No wonder so many people are getting calls in the middle of the night!  When it is 12:00 noon for them, it is 5:00am for the East Coast (DST).
