Just called and immediately blocked number. ID says "name not found"

Phone rang, no message. Caller ID said No Caller ID.

Received call from 847-024-5698.  Left no message.  My caller ID said it was Out Of Area

Long pause after I said hello. Sounded like a robotic voice so I asked if she was a real person. "She" said "yes, I am a real person. Why do you ask?" I said "because you sound like a robot." Then "she" hung up.
