Recorded message to cell phone selling health care

Just like other people reported, I received a recorded message about getting health care quotes. It prompted me to press "2" and then leave my name and number. There was no mechanism to opt-out. In addition, my cell # is on the Do Not Call Registry.

Showed miss call on my phone, no message left.  Researched number and found this.  My cell phone number in also on the Do Not Call Registry.

just got a call ...no message left, only shows up as missed call....call came in at 546p CST

got the same call.  My cell # is also on the do not call list.
