Who called from 8472113575

I am also on the Do not call registry and just received this call 5 minutes ago.  Is there something we can do to stop them from calling our cell phones?

Called at 8:15 p.m. or so and didn't leave a message.

Saw this missed call on my cell and thought it was odd they didn't leave a message, looked it up and it said landline but couldn't find an address. Searched on google and found this site.
This can't be legal. Scammers.

they called me and had no authorization to get my phone number
don't call back if you get this number on your caller id

got recorded message at 6:20pm Sat from this number selling health care
