It was a recorded message stating to press two for a quote on independent health insurance- received on my private cell phone that is unlisted and on the do not call list.
847-211-6535 called my cell phone, I didn't answer -- no messaged left. Likley a telemarketer. It seems I only get these on my cell phone. Not on a landline.
