so irritating---2 days in a row they keep saying they are updating my yellow page ad---i tell them to call corporate and they have some flimsy excuse--yesterday one was a person with a spanish accent and today the caller had an east indian accent.  You feel bad when your rude to them but they need to get a different job.  I told them my name was Jacquly Jacklyn and then they want to know your job title--i told them i was a Girl Friday which seemed to really confuse them.  He said he would put down i was a supervisor since i was supervising this call!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  so apparently they have some training on people being rude to them.
