Got a few calls from 1-847-271-9674 they were a debt collector but using a cell phone (AT&T Service) and trying to collect a debt that is not a debt - a medical bill paid by my insurance which insurance company and I have sent them proof of PLUS the medical provider they are collecting for wrote a letter (which I have a copy of) stating that the debt is not owed and was paid with the balance written off by him, personally, the billing office made an error. Now Enterprise Recovery Systems wants me to pay the collection fee only (I suppose it is because they are not going to collect any $$$ from the doctor!!!). They have left messages telling me I am "fortunate" to have had my medical bill written off by the doctor so I should pay them. lol Yeah, right. IN THEIR WILDEST DREAMS!!!!!! So I just don't answer their calls any longer.
