Who called from 8472782220

Called at 8pm,looked up number and Google has it as someone's fax number. I'm not in Illinois and my number isn't a fax.

This call was from a woman who clames to be an insurance company. She was frustrated when I asked to not be called again. Instead, wanted to know why, otherwise they would continue to call, as she put it.

Has called several times. Apparently if you pick up and don't say anything it annoys that person.I just stayed silent until they hung up in frustration
