the caller said they represented my city and had a survey that would only take 30 secs.  first q was was i on city or well water.  I asked them who they represented and they hung up

Three Rings when I answered the phone caller hung up

Called us Friday and said the same thing (30 seconds for survey, asked about our water) I said I had to go and hung up.
