Who called from 8502083295

Did you hear the survey questions? They called me, but I hung up before pressing 1 or 2.

Repeat hang-ups on my answering machine, called at least 4 times in the last 24 hours.

They called again with the same VM. Since they don't identify themselves, and I don't care to confirm or deny my identity to unknown entities, I decided to file a complaint with donotcall.gov.
I now see here that others answered and it's a political call, but they should still identify themselves in their message, and also give an option to opt out altogether.
I guess until elections, we are stuck receiving all these call on phones we pay for, thanks to the politician's brilliant foresight in excluding themselves from the DNC list.
